A lot of these drawings, particularly the drawings of random broken objects I found discarded on the streets, were initially done for faxes I was sending to manufacturers.  Very few people responded to the faxes I sent, but a couple of the people who did respond said things like “sorry, we can’t help you, but thanks for the drawing”, which led to my making increasingly detailed drawings specifically for faxing.  If you have a fax machine and would like one of my drawings faxed to you, feel free to contact me and let me know what your fax number is, and which drawing you would like.
